On selected projects we can consider providing equity – or a combination of equity and debt – towards a project to help get it out of the ground.
While Killarney Capital does not invest equity directly into projects, we are proud to be a part of the Tumu family and can introduce you to our Tumu Property team, who can provide both capital and expertise to get your property project moving.
For us to consider entering a joint venture, your project will need to demonstrate:
- a clear strategy
- a strong market proposition with an acceptable return on investment
- alignment with our values and our continuous drive for creating sustainable, quality product
- proven management capability and development experience
Alternatively, you may have a developable property that you are looking to sell, or need to introduce development expertise to help unlock its potential.
