Residual Stock Loans

Market conditions can change during a development, meaning you can be left with unsold residual stock on completion.

With your equity and profit margin still locked up in the development, you may require ongoing funding while you continue to sell down the remaining sections or units. You may want to move onto the next project but are hamstrung by having your capital tied up in the one you’ve just finished.

We can consider providing a solution to assist with a prolonged sell-down period, or to bridge the period between completion of your development and a refinance to a longer-term funder.

Depending on factors including the loan-to-value ratio, we may also be able to capitalise interest on your loan while you continue to sell down the residual sections or units.
